| Office hours at the centre
(Wednesday and Friday Nights) |
- First Session - 6.15pm to 6.45 pm
- Middle Session - 7.15pm to 7.45pm
- Last Session - 8.15pm to 8.45pm

| As you can appreciate our
priority is your player. We need to be available to
co-ordinate age groups at the beginning and end of each session.
If you wish to discuss a matter please in the
first instance contact the Parents Liaison Officer if this is a
general question regarding the centre. If you wish to
discuss a matter in private with regards to a player please
contact is between the times above and an appointment can be
arranged.
We send letters home with the players so
please ask your player if they have received any information.
Please also check the notice board as we sometimes get
information at the last minute and need to let you know.

| Weather |
| In severe weather conditions
we will update the website as soon as possible and we will send
out a group email where needed. You can also contact us by
the centre phone. If you are in any doubt then do not
travel and contact the centre. |

| Sickness |
| If your child has had
sickness and diarrhoea they must not attend the centre until
they have been well for a full 48 hours. (these are the
same rules that they have at school). Please inform
Karleen of the absence |

| Collection of Players |
- Please make sure that if leave your
player at a training session or match day that you arrive at
least 10 minutes before the session finishes. If you
have arranged for someone else to collect your daughter you
MUST tell a member of staff in the office.
- Please keep your contact details up to
date in case of an emergency
- You MUST collect your player from the
main reception area

| Smoking |
| There is a NO SMOKING POLICY
in place at all venues, both training and matches. You are
not allowed to smoke unless in a designated area. |

| Zero Tolerance |
| Any parent/carer using foul
or abusive language or behaviour towards any member of staff or
personnel connected with SUGCOE for what ever reason will be
automatically asked to leave the centre and their daughter will
be released. (Please refer to the codes of conduct and
remember you have signed to say you will adhere to them) |

| Parent Liaison Officer |
| If you wish to speak to a
member of staff, please convey your thoughts to the Parents
Liaison Officer. They will be able in the first instance
to answer your questions, give you advice on who to speak to or
arrange a meeting with staff relevant to their enquiry. |
