We send letters home with the players so please ask your player if they have received any information.  Please also check the notice board as we sometimes get information at the last minute and need to let you know.  (The notice board is in the reception area)

In severe weather conditions we will update the website as soon as possible and we will send out a group email where needed.  You can also contact us by the centre phone.  If you are in any doubt then do not travel and contact the centre.
